Solid products, minor delivery issue
My recent purchase included the Fix+ Spray Finalizador and an Extra Dimension Skinfinish highlighter. The website was easy to navigate and I found exactly what I wanted quickly. I appreciate the wide range of shades MAC offers. The products are high-quality, as expected from MAC; the Fix+ really sets my makeup well, and the highlighter gives a nice glow. However, my package had a small tear on the outer box when it arrived, thankfully the inner contents weren't damaged. Delivery took about 6 days to my address in São Paulo, which is acceptable but not super fast. Customer service was not needed this time, but I hope they are responsive if I ever do. Overall, a good experience, though they could improve on the shipping packaging a little.
Good quality, delivery took a while
I ordered the Studio Fix Fluid SPF 15 and a MACStack Mascara last month. The ordering process on the website was straightforward enough, no real issues there. Delivery said it would be 3-5 business days but it actually took 8 days to reach me in Rio de Janeiro, which was a bit longer than I expected. When I contacted customer support about the delay, they were polite and checked the tracking, but couldn't really speed things up. However, the products themselves are great. The foundation matches my skin perfectly and the mascara really does give a good volume without clumping. I've used MAC before, so I knew the quality would be there, and it didn't disappoint. The packaging was secure, everything arrived intact. Just wish the shipping was a bit faster.

I bought the Mineralize Blush and it is absolutely beautiful! The color is so vibrant and it blends really well. It gives such a natural, healthy glow. I got it pretty fast, too, took 5 days to get here. Everything arrived perfectly packaged. I'm so happy with this purchase and will definitely buy more makeup from MAC! It's just the best for quality.
